Why did we start KLIMA° vor acht?
The problem:
The climate crisis is progressing – yet public-service broadcasting is not covering it adequately. This is dangerous: without public awareness, collective action does not build up and disinformation fills the void.
Our solution:
We collect data on climate coverage, highlight shortcomings and thereby provide a fact-based foundation. Building on this, we actively campaign for regular, high-quality climate coverage in the German media.
